Valerie Singley is a Speech Language Pathologist and owner of Reach Therapy Services. Valerie maintains her Pennsylvania professional license and her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech and Hearing Association. She graduated from Penn State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and obtained her Master of Science Degree at East Stroudsburg University in 1999. Valerie has practiced in a variety of settings including Adult and Pediatric Rehabilitation facilities as well as local school districts before finding her niche in Early Intervention in 2004.
Valerie currently serves as a supervisor and mentor to her staff, providing training and support for their caseloads. She is a member of the Core Leadership Team collaborating with Lehigh and Northampton Counties, as well as representatives from the State of PA, to establish a Learning Path for Early Intervention Providers who are training to establish Fidelity as a Coach in Early Intervention.
Valerie spent several years as member of the Walk Now for Autism Speaks Committee of the Lehigh Valley. In April 2011, she was named “Featured Alumna” of Penn State Lehigh Valley for her dedication to the field of Speech Pathology and her community.
She continues to share her knowledge and experience with graduate and undergraduate students as the chairperson for Penn State's Communication Sciences and Disorders-Health and Human Development Student/Alumni mentoring program. Valerie is a member of the Penn State University College of Health and Human Development Alumni Board.
Valerie is married, has 3 children and 2 chocolate labs. She and her husband have finally achieved (almost) empty nest staus however raising adult children continues to be a "full time side job". In whatever free time she has, she enjoys reading, relaxing with friends and attending Penn State football games with her family.

Kellie Greenawalt
Kellie is a Special Instructor/teacher of the blind and visually impaired. She has her bachelor's degree in education. She is currently pursuing her Master of Education in Leadership. Kellie has worked for over 21 years as a teacher of the blind and visually impaired, as an itinerant teacher for the Intermediate Unit and as a teacher in Birth-3. She is certified in elementary education, special education and teacher of the blind and visually impaired. Her specific areas of training include Braille, positive behavior reinforcement and working with children who are deaf and blind. She was originally a speech and language pathology major but then switched to teacher of the blind and visually impaired due to her experiences with her grandfather who was legally blind. She has 3 children. She loves being outdoors hiking especially in the fall and winter months. In her free time, she loves being by water, either a beach or a lake.
Odalys Bermudez Morales
Odalys is a bilingual Special Instructor and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She has a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and Mental Health and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. She has worked as a Spanish Teacher for 7 years. Odalys enjoys working with children and families of diverse economic, national, cultural and linguistic abilities. She currently holds a teaching license in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina in grade PreK-12. Odalys enjoys coaching parents in the Early Intervention setting and sharing her own experiences as a parent with the families on her caseload. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two daughters, traveling and food!
Judy Huck
Judy Huck is a Special Instructor with a Master’s in Education (N-12). She started her career working in middle school teaching math and after running a successful child development company for 6 years, she decided to put her skills to work in EI in 2012. Judy loves working with children and their families, providing strategies to help with communication, cognitive delays, socialization, and behavior. She provides parents with support, guidance, information, and resources to help their child reach their milestones and understand any developmental diagnosis. Judy is married and a mom to two adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, playing pickle ball and traveling
Casey Ritter
Casey is a Special Instructor with Reach Therapy Services. She has her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University. She has been with Reach Therapy since March of 2023. She has worked with children for many years, her experiences ranging from working in school districts as an Instructional Assistant and Substitute teacher, to a Therapeutic Staff Support worker. She is a natural educator and coach. Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys on the lake, boating.
Rachel Van Allen
Rachel is a Special Instructor with a BA in Spanish and Special Education and a Master of Education in Special Education. She has been working in the field for over 21 years. She serves as a volunteer for Special Olympics and is an event coordinator for gymnastics.
She and her husband Matt have 2 children, Laila and Kagen. She has 3 cats and in her free time, she loves to run.

Kristina is a Speech Language Pathologist and maintains her Pennsylvania professional license and her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech and Hearing Association. She has worked in Early Intervention since 2009 and specializes in developmental delays, autism and early language learning. She is trained in the use of Beginner and Advanced Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Kristina lives in Bethlehem, PA where she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and goldendoodle, Julius and extended family/friends.
Haley Clark, MA, CCC-SLP/L
Haley is a Speech Language Pathologist and received her Bachelor's degree at West Chester University and Master's degree from Temple University. Her areas of experience include AAC, autism, expressive and receptive language delays, speech and sound disorders and pediatric feeding. In addition to being a part of the Reach Therapy team, she also works with preschol students at the Intermediate Unit. She is trained in parent coaching and loves working with families in their every day routines. Haley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and she loves reading and traveling.
Maddie Clarke, MS, CCC-SLP/L
Maddie is a Speech Language Pathologist and maintains her PA state license and her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She attended West Chester University for her Bachelor of Science and obtained her master's degree at Towson University. She works full time in a local school district and part time with our birth-3 children. Maddie loves watching Philadelphia sports and spending time with her family. She also loves spending summers at the Jersey Shore.
Samantha Roth, CCC-SLP/L
Sam received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from West Chester University and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Moravian University. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) in 2022. In addition to early intervention, Sam also works as a school-based speech therapist in public schools. Sam works with children birth-3 and school-aged children (K-6) and has experience with treatment and evaluation with a variety of language-based diagnoses including autism, social language disorders, developmental language disorders, speech-sound disorders and with clients who are non-verbal or who have limited verbal skills. Sam additionally has experience with implementation of a variety of AAC systems to support communication. In her free time, Sam likes to take her bernedoodle, Bunker, on a walk or to the dog park! She loves to travel and spend time outside with her family and friends.
Amanda Dolan, CCC-SLP/L
Amanda is a Speech Language Pathologist with her PA professional license and her Certificate of Clinical Competance from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She attended Cornell University and earned her BS in Human Development, (dual concentrations in Cognitive development and Social & Personality Development). She attended MGH Institute of Health Professions to further her education, earning her MS in Speech Language Pathology. Amanda has clinical experience across multiple settings including early intervention, a school specializing in pragmatics instruction, and an adult rehabilitation hospital.
Amanda is married with 3 children. She enjoys playing piano, working on art projects, hiking, and especially spending time with her husband and little ones.
Deborah Garrett, MA, CCC-SLP/L
Debbie is a graduate of C.W.Post, Long Island University. She is a Speech Language Pathologist who lives in Lehigh County and maintains her PA state license in Speech Pathology. She also holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is a Member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She also has a Masters in Special Education from Long Island University. She has been working in Early Intervention since 2001 and has been working for Reach Therapy since 2009. Debbie has over 20 years of experience. She began her career on Long Island working in Early Intervention as well as at a specialized school for children with communication and language disorders. She then moved to PA in 2005 where she lives with her husband and 3 sons. Debbie helped run a successful child development company for 6 years. She has been working since 2009 for REACH Therapy Services. Debbie has worked with many different speech and language disorders including receptive and expressive language delays, apraxia, pragmatic social language disorders, speech sound disorders, and feeding therapy. She also has experience working with children with multiple disabilities, including autism, neurological disorders, cleft palate, and hearing impairments.
Debbie is very passionate about helping children find their voice while coaching families and giving caregivers a variety of functional language strategies to utilize in a variety of activities and daily routines.
In her spare time Debbie loves cheering on her boys in all their sports, traveling, spending time with her dog, decorating and making memories with her family and friends.
Anyssa Gutierrez Erie, CCC-SLP/L
Anyssa is a Speech-Language Pathologist and received her bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Moravian University. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in 2022. She has experience with a variety of diagnoses and populations including Autism, developmental language disorders, and early language learning. In addition to working with the birth-3 population, she also works with preschool aged children, and in the outpatient clinical setting. In her free time, Anyssa is a competitive cheerleading coach and enjoys making memories with her family and friends by traveling and spending time outside in the summer.
Abigail Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP/L
Abby Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University. She attended graduate school at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA where she received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Abby has completed most of her clinical hours working in Early Intervention. Her current areas of interest including working with culturally diverse populations, children with speech and language delays, and individuals with autism. During her spare time, Abby enjoys teaching and practicing yoga at her local studio.
Katie Kittle, MS CCC-SLP/L
Katie has a master’s degree in speech language pathology from Bloomsburg University, and has worked in the field since 2003. She has extensive experience in health care with inpatient rehabilitation for adults and pediatrics, and expanded her skills to include early intervention in 2019. Katie specializes in treatment of language delays and feeding disorders. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the beach!
Meara Kuhfahl, MS CCC-SLP/L
Meara is a graduate of Temple University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a certificate in Linguistics and American Sign Language. She completed her Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology at Moravian University. Meara has supported families in early language development feeding and swallowing and children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. She is trained in infant feeding and swallowing, IFSP transition to preschool and family guided routines-based intervention. Her previous experiences include working with children birth-5 throughout the Philadelphia and Bucks County areas. Meara loves being a part of the Reach team while partnering with families to support their children's communication and language development. She is a first-time mom to an 8 month old with personal appreciation for the joys, challenges and milestones that come with early childhood. She strives to build meaningful relationships with families and provide caregivers with practical strategies that fit naturally into their daily routines.
Brittany Saraceno, MS CCC-SLP/L

Brittany first worked in Reading School District at an elementary school for 5 years. She then worked at an elementary school in Upper Perkiomen to be closer to home for 2 years. She also worked per diem at a rehab facility working with adults. Brittany currently works part time doing teletherapy for a middle and high school, as well as part time for REACH therapy, and Valley Med working with adults. Brittany has worked with many different speech and language disorders, including articulation, expressive and receptive language delay, aphasia, dysphagia, apraxia, stuttering, and pragmatic language delay. She also has experience working with children with multiple disabilities, including neurological disorders, cerebral palsy, autism, and more.
Brittany's specialty is being able to work with all ages, from birth through geriatrics. She has had experiences doing therapy with all ages and many different disorders and diverse populations.
Brittany really enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially to Disney! It is her favorite thing to see her daughter's and son's face light up when they see their favorite characters!
Jessica Stiegler, CCC-SLP/L
Jessica is a Speech-Language Pathologist who lives in Bethlehem with her two daughters and husband. Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University with a Concentration in Individuals with Exceptionalities. She graduated from LaSalle University with a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. Jessica has been practicing her passion of working with families to meet their child's speech and language goals for almost 10 years. She feels there is no greater feeling than watching a child find their voice. Jessica has experience working with children with hearing loss, Apraxia of Speech, Autism Spectrum Disorder, expressive language disorder, and articulation disorder. Outside of her career, Jessica enjoys creating memories with her family, traveling, and spending time outside.
Amanda Pappentick, MS, OTR/L, CDP
Amanda is a board certified and licensed Occupational Therapist. She attended Elizabethtown College where she majored in Occupational Therapy. She is new to the pediatric world after spending 22 years working with adults and geriatric patients.
She enjoys working with families utilizing a coaching model to help empower families to maximize growth and development. She loves watching her daughter swim competitively and visiting wineries and breweries with her husband.
Heather Henry graduated from Arcadia University’s DPT program in 2008. She worked for one year in outpatient orthopedics before moving to school-based PT services for a year. Heather found her therapy calling in Early Intervention with the 0–3-year-old crowd and their parents in 2010. She greatly enjoys coaching parents to grow their confidence, so they are better able to interact with their little people in therapeutic play.
Heather has a special fondness for babies with low tone and their families as they go through awaiting the attainment of milestones. Throughout the years, she has taken further educational courses in family coaching, torticollis, and the Neuro-developmental Treatment approach. Continued refinement of therapeutic and family coaching skills is very important to Heather. In her free time, Heather loves anything musical; from dancing around with her daughter, to playing piano and cello, listening to her son play violin or listening to whatever music suits her mood with a cup of coffee or tea.
